Unboxedsite is a trade name of PRG International B.V. (Dutch Chamber of Commerce no. [KvK-nummer invullen], [vestigingsadres invullen]). We are the controller for the processing of the personal data described below. Questions or requests: info@prg-international.com.

What data and why

Request form: name, company name, email, phone, your website, what you would like help with and your message, to handle your request (a preview site or a free check) and contact you (legal basis: your request).

Claim and agreement: company and contact details, registration and VAT number, billing address and payment details, to perform the agreement and invoice you (legal basis: contract and statutory retention obligations).

Preview sites: public business information, such as your business profile and existing website, to show you a preview without being asked (legal basis: legitimate interest). You can object at any time; we will then delete the preview and not contact you again.

Who we share data with

Only with service providers we need: our development partner (build and maintenance), Mollie (payments), Cloudways (hosting, servers in the Netherlands), Resend (email delivery) and our accountant. We have data processing agreements with them. We verify VAT numbers of customers outside the Netherlands in the EU VIES register. Some providers may process data outside the EU; in that case this is based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We never sell data.

If we process data of your own customers on your behalf, for example for automation or the assistant, we conclude a data processing agreement with you for that.

Retention

Requests without an agreement: up to 12 months. Preview sites: up to 30 days. Accounting records: 7 years (statutory obligation).

Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data and object to its use. Just email us. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the supervisory authority in your country.
